We buy the best high quality beans for our valued customers both internationally and locally that could always attached the utmost importance to the social aspect, and intends to strengthen its support to farmers.

PROCESSING

We use the word “processing” to refer to every stage of the coffee making process – from harvesting the coffee cherries by hand-picking them off the plant, to the time when the coffee beans are finished off so that they can be shipped.

EXPORTING

We export high quality Arabica and Robusta coffee that are graded and processed and shipping to any part of the world.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Decide and contact us on your preferred coffee variety, grade and amount of volume you require. Container options, 20ft or 40ft.

PROFORMA INVOICE & PAYMENT

A Proforma Invoice will be emailed to you and will specify the products, volume and cost.

The Proforma Invoice will include: Seller Details / Buyer Details. 

Payment Terms & Shipping.

    (Start Production) 50% Deposit / Remainder 50% on Bill of Lading. Shipping FOB/CIF
  • Letter of Credit L/C

WHEN WE START PROCESSING

Once the Deposit has been cleared from FOB/CIF Telegraphic Transfer OR LC Documentation, we will start processing your order and production lead time will average from 10 to 25 days.

Green Coffee Beans are packed in 60 Kilogram Jute Export bags. Bags will then be loaded into the specified container size from our allocated credited export premises.

PREPARING DOCUMENTATION/CERTIFICATES FOR EXPORT

  • Export Declaration
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Draft Bill of Lading or Airway Bill
  • Phytosanitary Certificate/Health Certificate
  • Packing List
  • Certificate of Origin (COO)
  • Label in English with Product Name/Identification Code/Clarification/Net Weight in Kilograms

ROAD TRANSPORT TO PORT

Transport from Kampala Uganda to Mombasa Kenya Port.
Road Freight will be used to transport the goods to Mombasa Port.

BOOKING CONTAINER MOMBASA PORT

Shipping date & time is booked for container/s (Cargo Booking)

SHIPPING IN PROCESS & BEFORE LANDING

Shipping schedule based on location and routes. (Shipping Schedule will provided)

Customers Using "Telegraphic Services TT" for balance remaining for FOB/CIF will be required to clear balance payment before releasing Telex.

VESSEL DOCKED AT DESTINATION PORT

Container unloaded from the vessel and transferred for quarantine and inspection process.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Buyer will need to assign a Customs Agent that will assist with all the required paperwork provided by us for Customs Clearance from the allocated destination country port.

(Duties, Taxes, Port Costs to be paid before clearing goods from the port)

L/C - Letter of Credit Customers will require to prepare documentations for clearance and payment.

Customs Clearance Time Estimated between 1 to 4 days depending on the destination port.

GOODS ARE CLEARED FROM PORT

Customs Agent will have cleared the shipment from Customs and will assist with booking container road transport to remove the containers from the port storage facilities, and will organize deliver of the container/s to the registered premises marked in the documents.
